A: Our MOQ is 50 pcs for each custom design.New customers can start with 10 pcs to check the quality.
Q2: Do you offer samples before mass production?
A: Yes,we offer pre-production samples with only a mold charge.Sampling takes approximately 7-10 days and mass production another 10-15 business days.Please allow enough time for production.
Q3: Do you do custom designs?And will I receive an art proof before pro- duction?
A: Yes,we will send you a proof in 1-3 workdays after receiving your order.Production begins only after we get your approval of the artwork.
Q4: What is your production lead time?
A: Our production lead time is usually around 7-15 workdays (depending on the products) after receiving payment and your artwork approval.
Q5: Do you offer a quality guarantee?
A: Yes,We offer 100% quality guarantee. For improper production. we will either refund you the money.or rapidly remake the products for you.
Q6: What's MOQ of your product?
A: No MOQ.We do know some people just need only a few,customize and special orders,we can meet and pleased with them.
